I waited in all day Thursday for expedited delivery of a package. On checking i found they had sent it to the wrong place (somewhere near Hamilton, ON instead of NB) and it would be a day late.
naturally they tried to deliver it on Friday when I was out due to work. Now I have to wait to see if the truck gets back to the UPS store before it closes and if not I will not get it until Monday.
Something like this always seems to happen. The sender ships with UPS so this was not my choice and i am not pleased.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
