had to supply a commercial invoice online, then provide three paper copies because they couldn't find it, then got a call requesting it so emailed, then got the same call again from a different person. Called them myself and sent it to ANOTHER email.

Another issue is the poor level of spoken English of many employees - I've wasted so long on the phone having to spell out my name multiple times, do word association so they can understand certain letters of the alphabet when I am spelling for them..

and it's normally still wrong.

How many commercial invoices does someone have to complete to send an $18 package to the USA with two rubber bands in it. Man aliiiiiiive
