I'm a part time college student and I ordered my books online, UPS has said they came by but my family members were home and UPS did NOT try to knock on the door leave my package, or make any sort of effort to let my family know they were here.My E-Book for my textbooks have expired because the company assumed that UPS had delivered my books to me.
