I work from home so I know when a delivery is made plus I have camera motion alerts at my door and tracking updates on my phone. I was alerted that my package was being delivered today (07/11/18).

At 2:59 pm I was alerted on my phone that the package was delivered. Opened my door and no package. I checked with neighbors and no package. I called UPS and they said they had to contact the local UPS and I would receive a call no longer than one hour based on policy.

2 hours later no call so I called UPS back and I was told that they will contact my local UPS and I will receive a call back within one hour based on policy. Still haven't received a call or the package. Worse thing is the items in the package are suppose to go on vacation with us which we leave for tomorrow. Amazon should NOT use UPS.

This is not an isolated incident. More like a common one for them.
