On Sept. 15, 2017, I ordered a product online that was to be delivered on Sept.
19th. Along with my correct address my telephone number was listed. UPS marked the package as an invalid address and shipped it to another state. I called UPS and later received a call back that they had found and fixed the problem and my package would be sent to me as soon as possible.
After waiting another week, I checked their Website only to find my package was returned to the sender. Two points need to be made here. 1. I receive packages by Federal Express that are delivered to my door without incident.
2.They had my telephone number, why the *** didn't they call me from their distribution center. I would have confirmed my address in about 5 seconds.
Now I have to hope I can get my money refunded in full and then reorder the product. Memo to UPS - GO TO ***
