They didn't deliver at the set time, and did not deliver again on their posted time the next day. They expected me to wait 12 hours for the delivery.

As far a pickup that was arranged for 9AM-1PM, the driver showed up after 5PM.

When you call the delivery/pickup line, the rep spends 5 minutes apologizing to calm you. But nothing is done to correct the problem.

If I had my choice I would never use UPS. It appears to be a callous organization, who collects as much business as it can; and then ignores it, regularly

If you have a set time and they dont make that time.You can do a GSR and get your money back.
