I Shipped An Item January For A Return, Come To Find Out They Lost My Package. Now In February I Made A Claim For A Lost Package, On February 17 The UPS Store Said They Couldn't Locate The Package And Promised To Send Me A Check...

I've Called Almost Every Week About The Check They Promised.The First Time The Check Was Sent, It Was At The Wrong Address. Now It Has Been Two Months And Still The UPS Store Is Reluctant To Solve A Simple Issue Such As Mailing A Check. Now They Lost A Check!
