A week ago I decided to choose UPS service, trusting in their promise. It was a really important package and documents that I needed for that week.
They guaranteed to me that would be delivered at my hands on November 29th. Since that, I have been crazy calling, going multiple time to costumer centre, everyone says always diferent things, saying that arrives today, other, they don't know where is it, others said it is in the costumer centre, than go there and nobody can find it and it's not there, etc,etc never seen in my life a service like that, and the worse was I got in trouble because of that, and even today December 4th, they not even can give an explanation. Its inadmissible and so irresponsible.
Never again, and I advise everyone one to be careful, if you thing to send or receive something important and urgent trough their service. Because it is really bad!
