UPS assigned a tracking number to my package and the information was only updated once. The original update reflected that the package had been shipped but no other updates were noted 6 days later.
It does no good to have a tracking number if UPS is not going to keep the status updated. I have experienced this with UPS on several occasions and the problem remains. This issue needs to be corrected as customers need to have the ability to track their packages.
I called the UPS Customer Service office and was connected with someone who speaks with a foreign accent and I couldn't understand what she was saying. I understand having to employ people who can address those customers who do not speak English but they also need to have people who can effectively communicate with English speaking customers.
