Purchased a GPS online with O.Depot--what was delivered was a Thumb Drive--Called O.Depot Customer Service-will replace it with GPS--but let me have your credit card just to place order (will not be charged) on delivery-have thumb drive be ready for pick up.UPS came out dropped off gps but did not take thumb drive.
And of course my credit card is charged twice. Called repeatedly -- we will send UPS back out to pick up--Didn't happen. Called again-spoke to a supervisor--he "help" was not any better than the service rep.
My double charge is being held "hostage" until they get this what $20 thumb drive back?
I am totally fed up with this group.
It is lack of follow up that will discourage me from using Office Depot, and my experience will be shared with others
