Purchased a GPS online with O.Depot--what was delivered was a Thumb Drive--Called O.Depot Customer Service-will replace it with GPS--but let me have your credit card just to place order (will not be charged) on delivery-have thumb drive be ready for pick up. UPS came out dropped off gps but did not take thumb drive.

And of course my credit card is charged twice. Called repeatedly -- we will send UPS back out to pick up--Didn't happen. Called again-spoke to a supervisor--he "help" was not any better than the service rep.

My double charge is being held "hostage" until they get this what $20 thumb drive back?

I am totally fed up with this group.

It is lack of follow up that will discourage me from using Office Depot, and my experience will be shared with others

Monetary Loss: $108.
