Tracking reflects grossly inaccurate tracking information. Website says package was scanned in Colorado on the 4th, left Colorado on the 5th, arrived in Dallas on the 7th.

When I called at 5:00 PM on the 7th, the assistant explained it will be Delivered on the 9th. I waited all day Saturday for a package the website had as "on time" for the 7th. This is very typical for UPS. I have never had a good experience with UPS.

I would rate the service on a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best a ONE. A zero's more accurate.
