Had to chase down the driver of my package for several day because they would not change the shipping address of my delivery to one of their access points. These access points, when they do work, charge you for keeping the package for you.

If your package requires signature authorization it is very difficult to receive when you have to be at work. They do not cater to the receivers, only the shippers. When I visited the depot to receive my package, either the driver wasn't there or they had already returned to sender.

Not to mention that the staff manning the window is very rude. It makes you feel defeated after you've rushed through traffic to get your package only to end up empty handed.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of ups shipping from Ups. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $25 and wants Ups to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was unprofessional and rude behavior, package not delivered and slow delivery. If you have a chance, please immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
