Ups - I sent art work for an art competition that arrived damaged. The 50$ Insurance will not begin to cover it. An appraiser would cost more.
Packed was very well packed with bubble wrap and cardboard. It looked as though the truck driver ran it over.

He hung the package on the outside of the mailbox. This is on a very busy road where many people will travel.
The service is supposed to be delivered to a persons door not a mailbox on a busy road.
In addition, a co-worker sent a care package to her daughter that she said arrived severely damaged and items were missing. What is happening to the quality of this service?
