I SENT MY MOTHER PASSPORT THROUGH THE UPS FROM CANADA TO TURKEY WITH PRE-PAID ENVELOPE INSIDE AS PER EMBASSY REQUIREMENTS.

PASSPORT DELIVERED TO TURKET AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS WITH 105 DOLLARS COST. (GOOD SIDE OF SERVICES)

AFTER ISSUING THE VISA, EMBASSY PUT THE PASSPORT INSIDE THE RETURN ENVELOPE AND HANDED OVER TO UPS.

UPS RETURNED BACK THE ENVELOPE TO EMBASSY AFTER 3 DAYS AND MENTIONED THE RETURN ENVELOPE IS PAID BY CREDIT CARD WHICH IS NOT PROPER SHIPPING WAY.

I CALLED UPS AND SENT MANY BACK AND FORTH EMAILS THROUGH THEIR OFFICE IN TORONTO AND AFTER THREE WEEKS, UPS MENTIONED EMBASSY IS NOT GIVING THE ENVELOPE TO UPS!

FOUR WEEKS PAST AND STILL MY MOTHER DO NOT HAVE HER PASSPORT IN HANDS AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO WITH THIS TERRIBLE UPS POST WHICH THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY HAVE TO COMMUNICATE TOGETHER IN INTERNATIONALY.

LOCALLY ARE GOOD BUT INTERNATIONALY ARE TERRIBLE.

IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME, I APPRECIATE TO BE ADVISED.
