I took a day off work as this package had to be signed for. All phone numbers I call and wait and get BS, rescheduled.
I asked for $5 refund they said no. The distribution center is like 5-7 miles away! And according to tracking it was there very early Wednesday morning for delivery.
I cannot even get new confirm delivery date , as if that counts from them. At this point, I want $5 refunded since they cannot do it it seems, and wages for today since I took day off to sign!
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $205. The author is overall dissatisfied with Ups. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
