Package meant to be delivered on Friday. Flat number was missing.
My bad! There are 3 flats in my residence. Appreciate he/she didn't wanna ring the 3 flats (although why not?). HOWEVER my residence number had been provided.
It is 117. My neighbor (number 115, literally next door!) is a UPS Access Point. The sign says "Collect&Drop off your packages". That means that if I had been away, the delivery person would have dropped my package there.
But because the Flat number was not provided, he did not. WHY?
Obviously the customer service person never managed to explain. Never again
This reviewer shared experience about "meaningless, rigid service" and wants this business to "never use the company again" as the author lost $100. jdenoel is overall dissatisfied with Ups. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
