Package meant to be delivered on Friday. Flat number was missing.
My bad! There are 3 flats in my residence. Appreciate he/she didn't wanna ring the 3 flats (although why not?). HOWEVER my residence number had been provided.
It is 117. My neighbor (number 115, literally next door!) is a UPS Access Point. The sign says "Collect&Drop off your packages". That means that if I had been away, the delivery person would have dropped my package there.
But because the Flat number was not provided, he did not. WHY?
Obviously the customer service person never managed to explain. Never again
Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.
Reason of review: Meaningless, rigid service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Never use the company again.
