TV shipped was damaged. They would not honor the insurance I had purchased-$2,000.

I have called several times. They claim I did not have it packaged properly and did not use "approved bubble wrap".

The place I used to ship via UPS did not tell me about the bubble wrap and accepted the package. If it wasn't packaged properly why would they accept it and let me buy the insurance??

Same problem here shipped with all manufacturer contents and still damaged my new TV . very careless with other peoples things .

they should be more careful but they did not buy it so why would they care to protect it.

just toss it around like garbage. they will learn after enough law suits.
