Last summer UPS changed our regular driver,the new driver delivered my packages to the wrong address repeatedly,because I am disabled since 2005,the shipper filed a claim against UPS,now every time we get something shipped UPS,they will no longer leave the packages without me signing for every package.UPS now has no regard for the disabled,because I have called customer service 3 times this week trying to get this problem solved,and today again this driver rings the doorbell repeatedly hollering UPS this guy makes a mistake,AND I AM BEING PUNISHED FOR IT!!!Please Help Disabled and being abused by UPS.
