I don't know what is going on there, but they mess up at least two deliveries a month.
We have been with them for years and ship tons of stuff.
I can't even get our UPS Representatives name.
They mess up and find ways to not pay us for broken items, non-delivery, late delivery, etc.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
We are in the process of closing our account and going elsewhere.
Their support reads from scripts and doesn't have a clue.
We no longer have an Account Rep either. With the money we spend, they are so horrible to us.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. GMLALA stated that there is a room for improvement of hate them. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss damaged or defective of ups delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $5000. UPS needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
