Ups - I has ship a package for my customer and the package has opened stolen merchandise before delivery.
The package was ship on December 7 From Tampa, FL to NY.ups tracking # 1Z4327T50397614548 It arrived to NY on 11th and it missing until I receive a call from my customer claim never got the package so we claim it missing the next day the package show up at customer store but opened and swap 90% of merchandise to coffee and paper.
We has call ups to claim and we got hangup few time.
Today the package return to my place missing 90% of merchandise.Look like ups do not care for who they should hire to work for them...stolen customer merchandise before delivery.
Monetary Loss: $1100.
