Ups - I AM FURIOUS! $1000 Lost

I am absolutely *** FURIOUS with ups...

Someone had ordered me a sex machine from Amazon, and the store owner of the parcel that was ordered chose to use ups...

So not only was the package within itself worth over $1000, but he paid for the shipping, and then when my "package", arrived and was ready to be shipped here we had to pay using UPS fees (which was approx $50.00)... But we also had to pay over the border fees...

Just because WE chose ups... (In fact WE didn't) the person who was selling the item chose to use Ups, we didn't have a place where we could select a specific type of shipping method, had we, we would have gone with FED EX.

So i had to call UPS about (no exaggeration), 35 times... About the 20th time i was just fed up and furious freaking out on the phone because the tracking number information i am getting by email states that they "attempted" to deliver "my package", a few times, yet im in an apartment building, the cell phone is hooked up to the buzzer... & it shows when people buzz in and i always have record of it... well there was absolutely NO record of ANYONE buzzing at all this week...

Meanwhile they state they they have attempted to deliver several times... then it was brought over to a ups building which is several towns away from me... I am disabled, and unable to drive, and i do not know anyone who does drive so i am unable to pick it up...

Then they ask that the fee's be paid for, then we did pay for them and then they over charged us, and then after i complained twice they said they would refund the over charge within 7 business days so we should keep an eye on our credit card to makesure that it processes...

Then after making 7 more calls and a few forward calls elsewhere and receiving more calls to see what the (excuse my language) F*** is up with my package, they ask me if my name is Jennifer... and i say no there is absolutely no Jennifer at this address... Why does my package say Jennifer? (again during these tracking number notification emails, the package said it was about 1 pound... my package is supposed to be 10 pounds... not 1 pound so i am absolutely hoping that they did not lose it from the start and that they can find my package and give me what was overly paid for and expected... especially because of all this trouble we have went through)...

So they set a day and within a time period to come and bring me my parcel...

They come, the girl is knocking louder than ive ever heard anyone knock before... and i answer and she shows me this tiny package and said are you Jennifer? I said NO I AM NOT JENNIFER and that package is WAY TOO SMALL, for it to be my package where is my package?

She asked for the tracking number so i gave it to her... and she goes oh we don't have that such of a tracking number here... and i go well thats not possible because ive called about 30 - 35 times and used that tracking number and they have found what i was talking about... She looks at it again and reads it out loud to someone she was on mic with... then she says im sorry we must have misplaced your package as she slowly begins to walk backwards... and i said well then can i atleast see what is in the Jennifer package you are holding incase for some reason it is my package with the wrong name but my address on it? And even though my package is about 10 pounds and ALOT bigger than that...

She asked her supervisor, and her supervisor said yes...

Then they open it and its a Pink Sating Bed Sheet...

(again excuse my language but)... WHATTHEF*** i did not order a pink satin bed sheet, and with the amount we paid for my order i could have ordered 12 of those!

I absolutely HATE the colour pink, and where is my package... She says sorry again we must have misplaced it, and she is slowly walking away as she says call on Monday (it is Sat today), she said call on monday and hopefully they have found your package and can bring it... I said i have two sleep tests Monday-Tuesday for my Narcolepsy, i have been here all week because someone was supposed to bring my parcel all week i have been home to get this package, and i have two appointments next week from monday - tuesday and its a sleep test then a day test i will not be at home, then she said sorry there is nothing i can do call next week and see if they have your package, and then she rushes out...

I AM FURIOUS

They better not have lost my package, or i am seriously considering taking them to court... This is over $1000 paid for, and they said they had MY PACKAGE... I feel bad for whoever Jennifer is because she will likely never see her package either...
