My order to be shipped from USA to UK came 4 days later than the initially advised. Meanwhile, I was sequestrated indoors as other 'shipment progress reports' were sent but not fulfilled. After a USP driver delivered unexpectedly my item on the 4th day, my requests for being referred to the responsible people dealing with the legitimately required Complains Procedure, I received answers only from Email Customer Services with evasive answers equivalent to refusals.
Within the exchange of emails, I received apologies, empathy & assurances to be satisfied with my future orders.
To add insult to my injuries, courtesy of USP I am being bombarded, by their presumably other customers, with offers for drugs.
