UPS DID NOT RING MY DOOR BELL, THEY LEFT THE CARD IN A PLACE THAT I WOULD NEVER HAD FOUND IT, I TELEPHONED CUSTOMER SERVICES AND LODGED A COMPLAINT AND WAS ASSURED I WOULD RECEIVE A TELEPHONE CALL BACK, NEVER DID, CALLED AGAIN 4 HOURS LATER SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN, NO TELEPHONE CALL BACK, CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY EXPECT ME TO TAKE A DAY OFF WORK TO WAIT IN ALL DAY JUST IN CASE THEY DELIVER AGAIN BUT NOT FOR ANOTHER 5 DAYS, OTHER WISE WALK FOR 1 1/2 HOURS TO COLLECT A PARCEL WHERE IT HAS BEEN LEFT. SPENT OVER £20.00p IN TELEPHONE CALLS. SO NOW MY CAR IS OFF THE ROAD FOR ANOTHER 5 DAYS

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL
