Sent important documents via UPS ( same province) to a business and one week later still not delivered.

Tracking has been updated with some bogus information saying receiver refused package. This is not possible. I checked.

Then it said it was being sent back to sender (me), then it was missing, and finally now it says it is damaged. This is last 2 days still no update. Calling ups is absolutely pointless, it's hands down most frustrating experience. Worst I have ever experienced. Several people now can't help, can't answer nothing. When I asked for a supervisor they hung up on me.

On top of this, super rude staff at the local store.

Horrible representation of the company and we will never use them again. Never. Not personally, not for our business.

Paid $30 for them to lose super important documents.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer service, Failure to deliver, Loss of my package.
