I PAID for next day air because I got an unexpected day off for my nephew's birthday party. Any reasonable person would assume that they are paying to be a priority as well.
Not with UPS. First they say between 9:45-1:45. At 2:30 they change it to end of day. Sent a message in which I was very polite but over an hour later, still no response and still no package.
It's now 4pm. I have wasted my entire one day off this month waiting for this package and now I'm late for the party and and won't have a present.
