I send a package UPS ground 2 weeks ago. The buyer provided an incorrect address, but I corrected it in the system within minutes of attempted delivery and paid over $15 additional to have it redelivered the next day. However, next day comes and the system says my package is being returned to me instead of being redelivered.

Customer service call #1: I was promised it was still in the area and would be delivered the next day.

Customer service call #2: 2 days later it's now in another state (no departure scan ever done) but am told once it hits my home state it would be rerouted back to original destination.

Customer service call #3: I tell them package is at my house. They have no record of my calls or promises made.

Now I'm out shipping costs and have an angry customer. Plus the automated system is stating my package was delivered to the buyer at this very moment. Funny how it can be in Oklahoma City when it's sitting in front of me in Washington State at the same time.

What a joke! Stay away.
