Horrible customer service. I submitted and paid for a shipping pickup to come the next day.

On the day of, out of nowhere, UPS sent a message to me stating that it was cancelled. I ended up having to call in during work hours and spend 25 min over the phone to reset that up. On top of that, they said they didn't have a reason why it was cancelled, and I needed to provide all my information again to reschedule the shipment that they cancelled on their end. They would not even waive the charges.

They cancelled my order that I paid for, and it charged me for. Then they told me that I had to rebook everything and call in for that.
