I had a package shipped to me from a store. I have been following the tracking and somehow it suddenly stopped updating.
I called to find out where my package is since it was supposed to have been delivered and the rest of my order was delivered last week. I spoke with someone that told me repeatedly that they could not tell me where my package is. They will only speak with the shipper. They admitted that they may have lost the package (those are some BIG, scary trucks), but they cannot tell me that because I didn't ship the package to myself.
The lady repeated that I had to contact the seller (I spoke with them first before calling UPS) and they would only answer that person's questions.
It's MY package and YOU lost it. Learn something about customer service and tell the customer what you did with her packages.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Unhelpful customer service, Very unprofessional, Denied responsibility, Being treated disrespectfully.
