I paid $67 for a package to be delivered next day. Not delivered and UPS won't give me a time for the delivery for the following day.
For second day delivery, I could have shipped with UPS in $23.
When I called customer service, they said that the receiver can go and pick up the package.
They don't even bother to ask if that is an option or the person might not have transportation to pick up the package at their facility. Not willing to re-deliver today even though I paid for next day delivery.
I would have been better off using USPS next day for one-third the cost ($19.95.)
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of package. Ups needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
