I sold a TV and sent it through UPS. The TV was brand new and still in the original packaging.

The driver dropped the TV when delivering it. Now the customer that bought the TV is pissed and sent the TV back. I have to pay him back. They have sent me around the corner and back trying to make it my fault why the TV got cracked and dented.

This was a $800 TV and I paid them $150 to ship it. Now they are telling me that "they can't help me". I have never experienced this before in my life. I spoke with someone name Giselle and she was completely rude to me.

Her direct number is 1-800-789-4623 ext 4623. She had an attitude and continue to make excuses as to why it was my fault that they dropped the TV.

This is ridiculous. I will NEVER ship through them again.
