Had an extremely expensive package stolen due to negligence of UPS driver ($600.00 worth of stuff).

Driver signed off and dropped package off for me in a PUBLIC and claimed that he was doing me a favor.

Next day, he finally makes an effort, calls, and knocks on the door for a measly $8 package.

Extremely unreliable, an investigation takes a week or no and there is a chance may not be able to get my money back. If you are the option of picking a specific shipping service do not pick UPS. They refuse to open an investigation through amazon and are not putting up their end which is why this issue started to begin with.

Customer service is awful and they never know anything.

If I could give them 0 stars I would because they don't even deserve one.
