Horrible customer drive at both the USP access point and over the telephone.Driver held my package in his vehicle for over 24hours.

I am not impressed. This is why UPS has 1/10 ratings on google and yelp. Horrible customer service. I didn't receive any email from ups my choice to let me know where my package was.

What's the point of having this service if it's not reliable.

Now ups access point location is closed and I will have to wait another day.Ups will be losing me as a customer.
