This is the most inefficient company. They have lost my document with a legal document in it.
Everyt ime I call they say there is an investigation under way. their customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! their tracking system is inefficient.. I called and they keep telling me that the package is no where to be found.
It sucks for me as I have to provide all the paperwork again. and do this again. Their customer service is horrible and can't help. No phone call back .
This is really bad and I will never use them again.
They are really really bad and unhelpful. avoid them at all cost.
