Took a week to ship a small package (medicine) from Rochester to my home, an hours drive. Package arrived in Rochester by ups, and ups did not physically hand the package over to the usps for delivery to my home.
They held it by negligence. I investigated with the usps complaint office in Buffalo New York thinking it was usps and found they were not the problem, it was ups. I was told ups did not hand the package over to usps.
So it sat for six days. Do the employees ever think that medicine might be in that package, and someone needs it?
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
