I went to UPS Store for pick up my package because where I ordered they made a mistake on my Address, so probably was there in the store and I was talking to the guy and I give them the tracking's number and he misunderstood the Tracking and he was telling me is not moving, before that I checked in my home where was that package the guy didn't understand what I was saying make me go home Twice and Call UPS so unacceptable for Customer Service and slack of communication. They need to do a better job for keep up
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $35.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Slack of communication.
