Paid for next day delivery (Xmas gift) and kept up with tracking info. Package is in Houston (2 hrs away) but delayed due to "external factors".
I told them I am going to pick it up, but was immediately denied that option bc "we can't go through a truck full of packages to find yours". I said I would go through them but was yet again denied. I used to work for this company - they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction, from the bottom to all the way up to regional and beyond.
This happens everyday. Don't guarantee something if you can't follow through
