Paid for next day delivery (Xmas gift) and kept up with tracking info. Package is in Houston (2 hrs away) but delayed due to "external factors".

I told them I am going to pick it up, but was immediately denied that option bc "we can't go through a truck full of packages to find yours". I said I would go through them but was yet again denied. I used to work for this company - they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction, from the bottom to all the way up to regional and beyond.

This happens everyday. Don't guarantee something if you can't follow through

Well if you worked for this company, and actually think they don't care about customer satisfaction, I am willing to put my money on that you got fired from there! And if you worked there, you would know they wont let you go through the trucks!

Sounds like to me you are an ill-mannered hot head! Wasn't there some bad weather that went through texas recently????
