I asked to have a package shipped by Friday before Memorial Day because it was a part for a motorcycle that needed to be on the bike for a Memorial Day race in which the rider could possibly win up to a 2 million dollar prize. They 'GUARANTEED' delivery by Friday.

When the driver went to the door no one answered, so he took the package and put it back in the truck to be delivered on Tuesday AFTER Memorial Day. When I called customer service was rude (even hung up on me once) and then the supervisor said "sorry nothing we can do". Drivers have the discretion to leave the package or not.

I said then that means you DON'T guarantee delivery on the date. They said "well technically that is correct." ***!
