Worst experience ever in trying to get a package delivered. Customer service was non-existent.

Nothing but excuses. 3 promises not kept. Guaranteed two day delivery turned into 8 days. If I had not spent over 4 hours on the phone with them, with a minimum of 10 hold times (at least 6 calls) and disconnected at least 3 times who knows how many days it would have taken for me to receive my package.

I will never use UPS again in the future if I have to pay for shipping. I know weather was an issue for them but this was ridiculous!

Monetary Loss: $246.
