this is regarding UPS Dartmouth location in Mass.
workers will lie and say they attempted to deliver but don't bother to leave a slip to prove it. Neighbors have seen them drive by without stopping.
The whole three strikes delivery is awful. basically if they slack the first two times, you have to really try hard to catch them in the area on the third day.
i don't mind if they couldn't deliver due to time constraints or the weather, just be honest about it and don't create a situation where my package gets sent back to the vendor.
oh, and the people who work at the office as rude and condescending. they refuse to hear you out
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of package and associated monetary loss in the amount of $269. Ups needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
