We recently had to return a damaged small dishwasher. When I get to the Canby, OR UPS store the owner (?) was crabby as usual and I said he needed a hand truck.
He rolled his eyes at me and walked out and drug it to his door and then started flipping it end over end until he got back behind the counter then walked away without a word. His assistant gave me a receipt and I was off. I felt a little traumatized over what he did. Then I wondered if all online orders are treated the same.
All my dealings with UPS have been top notch. I guess I'll have to avoid this Canby store from now on.
