Ordered food for my son's birthday celebration from Omaha Steaks. Paid extra to have it sent on a Saturday.

UPS did not deliver it on Saturday, was told they, "could not find it", but they were sure it was, "on one of their trucks". They told us it would be delivered on Monday. We explained to them that it was a box of food on dry ice and it would no longer be good by Monday. So, when it was finally delivered Monday we had to throw out a hundred dollars worth of food, all had gone bad!

Omaha Steaks need to switch to Fed Ex, they always deliver on time! Omaha Steaks replaced the order with no hassle, but UPS is on my *** list!

I didn't like: Loss of package, Loss of my package.
