I was bitten by a dog...I proceeded to crack open its skull with the 7 lb hand held device that we use. When it comes down to YOUR dog or the delivery person...YOUR dog will LOSE every time!!!

Annoying is right. Clumsy is too. When UPS struck a few years back, our company began to use more alternative shippers - to great success - and didn't miss those big brown trucks blocking the roadway one little bit.

UPS in Doraville, Georgia - Poor delivery service

I placed two orders from the same company online on Cyber Monday (11/27/17). I received the first package as expected in about 3 days. The second package arrived at the Doraville, GA sorting center on December 1st. Every time I checked on the delivery update it said it was "being processed". My package sat for 10 days before it was finally delivered on 12/11/17. When I called to inquire why my package was delayed I was told there wasn't enough room on the truck. For 10 days ... the trucks were too full for a box that was small (10x8x6). UPS is usually better than this. Very disappointed.

I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN

Honestly would rate the company 0 stars if I could. I ordered a new set of wheels and tires for my vehicle because somebody stole my stock rims. I spent almost all day on the phone with a sales rep Monday November 27 ensuring i had taken care of everything including having purchased 2 day shipping so that my new wheels would arrive in a timely manner and I'd be able to get my car back. Wednesday comes and UPS delivers 3 wheels and leaves one in the warehouse because they were "busy" and I was told it would be delivered Thursday although I had purchased 2 day shipping. To make it worse I was also told my tires would not arrive until Tuesday the following week, again although I had done everything in my power to ensure 2 day shipping. It is now Tuesday December 5th and 2 tires have been delivered while one tire is still at one warehouse and the last tire is at a different warehouse and am now being told it will be Wednesday December 6th before the last two tires arrive. Because of UPS's mishap I have to spend extra money on a rental car plus storage fees for my vehicle as its sitting in Ford's service garage because my packages have not arrived like they were supposed to. In short, I should've gotten my vehicle back Thursday November 30th but because of UPS it may be Thursday December 7th before I get my car! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and I will NEVER use UPS again.

I have specific instructions on UPS MyChoice account that when Im not there leave the package at the door. I have authorized shipper release talked to customer service on numerous occasions yet I keep getting stuck with a driver that doesnt want to be bothered with getting *** out of their truck and has no problem lying about delivery attempts. I have no such problems with the Post Office or FedEx

You told them where the package was and that it wasn't for you.

It's not up to you to worry about it.

Just ... breathe.

You left it right where they dropped it for easy identification.
