Not resolved

Dropped off item for shipping on 11/19/12, overcharged me for shipping and didn't ship out until 1 week later! Refused to supply me with a tracking number when I first dropped off the item.

Said he would e-mail, NEVER DID. His phone lines at the store don't work, probably because he gets so many compliants!

Had to drive to the store 3 more times before he gave me the tracking number, lied and said he had e-mailed it, I told him he didn't. Hey replied "YOU DON"T KNOW WHAT THE *** YOUR TALKING ABOUT!" David Walters is his name and he is the store owner.
