Dropped off item for shipping on 11/19/12, overcharged me for shipping and didn't ship out until 1 week later! Refused to supply me with a tracking number when I first dropped off the item.
Said he would e-mail, NEVER DID. His phone lines at the store don't work, probably because he gets so many compliants!
