UPS smart pick doesn't work for my company. It all sounds good .
I process packages before 4PM check to see smart pick up # was issued. Then No UPS truck driver comes to pick up package. A Ramon told me I still had to cal in a for a pick up. He said it would only take a minute;that not true its more like 5 minutes.
A Janet even gave phone # 201-330-2350. Said I should call in the future. That was when I complained my packages hadn't been pick up Thur. They weren't picked up Fri.

Anyone want to join a class action suit? UPS is charging for services they are not providing.
