Extremely frustrated!Had a package of lumber coming tues from 2-5.
At 5:15 I decided to call and check status. They informed me the truck broke down and being towed back to shop. Stinks but life happens, really would of appreciated a phone call. Rescheduled for fri but called back and changed to Thursday.
Or so I thought... dispatch never changed the date so now I’m down 2 days vacation, no boards, and now got to unload them in the rain and down another vacation day! I wasted 3 days waiting for 27 decking boards. Thanks UPS.
Tried to ask if they could unload the board their selves but won’t send 2 people. I swear I will pay more money to not use UPS next time.
The worst part for me is at the end of the day they really just don’t care...Disappointing
