I called freightquote.com and got a UPS Freight scheduled. It was an almost $600 charge. We were told to be here 12-5. Day one, NO SHOW by UPS..NO phone call from either UPS or freight quote. The next day we were told UPS 'thought' we needed Lift gate, even tho we didn't order one. Whaaat? Day 2 NO SHOW Day 3 NO SHOW weekend....Monday NO SHOW. NO phone call, NO show yet we were told we had to be here between 12-5 which we were 4 business days in a row.

No apology, nothing...Just pisssss pooooooor customer service from FREIGHTQUOTE and UPS....

so disappointed..
