I order some replacement home lighting fixtures and needed them right away, so I ordered next day air. I was home waiting 5 feet from my front door and looking out my large opened window to the front of my house when I received a email saying my packages had been delivered.

WoW I never saw a faster moving UPS Driver as for one you cannot see. There was no delivery and I did not receive any packages. This is my third issue with UPS and next day air resulting with the same fraudulent statements. "Packages Delivered to Front Door".

Upon calling UPS and telling them there is an issue with this driver or drivers and it should go to Management, there answer is "this is a Amazon Problem and I must contact them". Sorry UPS it is not a Amazon Problem and until you realize this Fraudulent Act by your driver it will continue!
