We sent an item to consignment to Barbados. We gave the correct address, the house name, street, town etc but they could not find it.

They asked us for a telephone number of the consignee. We gave them this on the 23rd May and an email address. The goods have not been delivered, no one has contacted the consignee. Emails to customers support get replied with, we will pass this on.

I know know what UPS stands for OOPSE we failed again....

Forgot - Tracking still says awaiting information from consignee but they had this 27 days ago .........

Monetary Loss: $1000.
