Including one for which I paid $3.50 on "UPS My (their) Choice" (hahahaha) for "reliable" delivery. Then at 10:30 pm their system said "Receiver (it's ME) requested delivery on a more convenient day". I was on a *** plane the whole day so I never did that!!!

I tried to talk to a supervisor but I gave up after waiting for 1 hour.

At least for me UPS is not more reliable than USPS just more expensive and VERY difficult to deal with. In the future, I'll avoid working with UPS as much as I can. This company is the worst company in the world.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

You say you went to my choice and changed the delivery on your shipment.

Then, you say you were on a plane and never did it.

Therefore, it is diffcult to know which version of your story is true....
