Checked their useless tracking system today - said that it would be delivered by end of day today. Stayed at home all day long. It is now 8:15pm - still not delivered.

Even Canada Post delivered on time or one day late due to a bad snow storm we had.

Why is it UPS just can't get it together and do what they say?

I will never use UPS even again or purchase anything from anyone that uses their services. PERIOD.

They are the worst shipping company and have the worst customer service. When you call their customer service department they do the absolutely minimum possible. Absolutely pointless in calling them.

Monetary Loss: $150.
